Default Is Canola Oil one of the bad Omega 6 oils?

Also, is canola oil one of the hydrogenated oils that we should avoid?

What about peanut oil?

Also, what about any cold expeller oil (walnut, etc)....are all cold expleller oils good? Since they are just natural oils that are unchanged...

Question Canola Oil?

Yeah, I agree, limitme! Thanks for the link, Saved! Excellent article!
I stopped using Canola Oil several years ago when I got into using Coconut
Oil. The only thing I ever used canola oil for was to fry chicken or to make
an occasional batch of brownies. If I remember correctly, I even threw out
a half bottle of canola oil. The trouble is, how do we know when we eat out,
or buy foods whether the restaurants use canola oil. Ky Fried Chicken for example?

EarlyBird you don't really know what you are getting when you dine out. Although I do know that KFC uses MSG in their chicken.
That's why my wife and I don't eat out very often but prefer to make our own meals from scratch. That's the only sure way of knowing what you are putting in your mouth.
