Default Wu-long tea

Anyone tried this stuff? They claim that it will even reduce the rise of insulin after eating a carb --

I thought only Gerry knew how to do that

Default tea

Donee,

This tea, also known as oolong tea, is likely to have high levels of fluoride and possibly aluminum. This is a bad combination and is likely to counteract the good effects of the polyphenols in the tea, in my opinion.
