Hi everyone I have been on MMS for almost a month and I am not sure that it is killing off anything. I have noticed that I am more regular and it makes me sleep wonderfully but as far as pathogens and such how do you know it is working.

Unless you had some type of noticeable symptom prior to taking it, you would have no outward signs of its effectiveness.

In my case, I was flared up with symptoms of Crohn's disease, the most noticeable symptom was chronic diarrhea. It got worse, at first, and then went away altogether.

If you are generally healthy, you are probably not going to notice much difference.

If you are more regular and sleepoing better what more could you want since you had no other symtoms... and doesn't this indicate that a detox was required?

lighten up. I am new to this product and to this board. When you say that the thing is killing off pathogens what are you supposed to feel. I sleep better but what does that mean? does it mean that I had pathogens that made it hard for me to sleep? I dont see parasites so does that mean that I didnt have any?
I cant get past 8 drops and have been on this for three weeks only heros can do it because I cant imagine feeling worse than I did when I got to nine drops.

I personally do not think it is required to go to a maximum dose to remove any acidic bacteria that you may have. To remove pathogens from the intestines, I would take MMS with a huge glass of water to push it as far as I could down the intestinal tract.

It is a matter of time and dose. You can take a lower dose for a longer time and get the same results. There may be some exceptions to this, but probably not many.

It is a harsh chemical and I would not try to go higher than your body can handle.

Most parasites are not visible unmagnified, but some you can see. I had some very distinct small tapeworms. Basically, most people are only going to notice some positive change in how their body works. Some people will not notice any change. If you basically have no large over run of some pathogen, you have no problem to resolve.

It is the sickly people you have to go by, since they have much room for improvement. I could take it every day now and would have no perceivable benefit as far as I could tell.

I cannot say I had any other indication that it worked other than the parasites killed, and the lack of Diarrhea after use. I did not feel any different after use in any other respect, or the changes were so slight that you could not say for sure what caused them.

MMS also will not kill all pathogens, at least not easily, but I think it kills most pathogens.

Two Lyme related pathogens still existed in my wife after a couple of months of use. Some pathogens are either not acidic, or are well protected by being away from a good blood supply, or are covered in biofilm which makes it difficult to eradicate.

Her Stomach eventually would not longer tolerate MMS. It is harsh, and some people just do not tolerate it well. If your body is gradually getting intolerant to it, then it is probably a good idea to either stop using it, or lower your dosage.

Cannot get pass 8 drops is a perfect indication that you have plenty of parasites in your body.

I used to have Epstein-Barr virus, which was confirmed by the doctor and I sorted myself out with MMS, which took 3 to 6 months.

I couldn't get pass 8 to 9 drops without feeling sick for about 2 months. After a while, I was able to take 2 x 15 drops in the morning and same in the evening. Also, I breath in the vapor of the MMS (breath in 4 to 5 times twice a day), which helps with the lungs.

I feel great, clear breathing passage through my nose and no serious parasites.
