It appears that the study mentioned on Harry's site only talks about the exercises that reduce OSA but doesnt explain what they are or how to do them.

As for playing the didgeridoo, most wives would banish anybody playing this abominable instrument to the garage to escape the wretched sound it makes. Sounds a bit like a large bull breaking wind.

Right, the post only talked about the effect of the exotic exercise. Harry isn't around much recently, hopefully he can find this post and gives us more details.

Sleep apnea most dramatically decreases the amount of circulating oxygen which would aggravate subclinical disease and impair immune function. It is a condition that really needs to be taken care of. Sometimes, for some people all that is required is weight loss, but as people age the muscular structures in the neck and around the trachea loose some strength and contributes to collapse of the throat during sleep, obstructing the airway.

On occasion there are brain malfunctions that cause apnea, but this is fairly rare.
