I went with him to cancun a few yrs back and he kept complaining about how the guy/gal ratio was not that great and started getting depressed. 2 ladies came up to us and started drinking with us (they were avg looking and fund to drink with) but he became more depressed because they were not 10\'s. He wants a young girl with a perfect body, face and great job. he wants a perfect job etc and does not settle for anything less. Totally unrealistic.\r\n

\r\n \r\n Oh boy, that\'s a tough one. One of my dear friends is like that. He\'s always attracted to the 10 and is such a perfectionist. And guess what? He\'s 57 years old now, never been married and is still looking for the 10. It\'s very sad because he\'s a great guy and he\'s still WAITING for this ideal woman (that doesn\'t exist in reality). He\'s just chasing after the wind and has lost touch with what\'s truly important in life...being respected, valued, and loved and giving that to someone else.\r\n

\r\n \r\n This guy wants a 10, always talks about these multi million dollar homes, expensive cars etc. His problem/frustration/issue is these are unattainable goals but he expects them. He wants a job like he had in the past (low hrs and very high pay) and will not settle for less.He thinks he deserves these things because he had a 20 yr run with jobs like that. The fact that they do not exist anymore is the fault of Bush as well as FOX News in his mind (and he actually believes that). I mentioned tohim once about a yr and a half ago: "you are still setting better then 90 percent of the population" and he got pissed and said he wants to be at the top. I then mentioned to him I see people working shit jobs for low pay and not making it and he got really pissed and said "I do not care about other people".\r\n

\r\n \r\n Wow, it must be hard to live in his shoes. He\'s obviously smart and capable and driven but those great qualities can backfire if he\'s not happy and content. He\'s totally blaming others for his misfortune....the victum role. Unfortunately a beautiful 10 or the mulitmillion dollar home or hot car will never bring him lasting satisfaction. Somehow and hopefully soon he\'ll learn this and find some authentic and lasting purpose and fulfillment in his life. There\'s just so much you can do for someone else.\r\n
