Default Nervousness - BAD

Lately I have been very nervous, feeling like I am gonna have a heart attack or something. I shake a bit, twitch, constantly moving around. Just an overall sense of nervousness, shakiness. I have even been twitching a bit while sleeping.

Anyone have any suggestions? Suppliments to try?

Would be greatly appreciated.

You may have a magnesium deficiency. https://www.natmedtalk.com/wiki/Magnesium

Symptoms of Magnesium deficiency may include apprehensiveness, muscle twitches, tremors, confusion or disorientation. The first step in treating deficiency, especially among children, is to eliminate milk from the diet. Calciferol (synthetic vitamin D), like flourine, tends to bind with Magnesium and carry it out of the body; since milk contains large amounts of this substance, it contributes to the deficiency.

If you are taking a supplement, make sure it is one that can be used by the body, such as magnesium citrate or magnesium malate.

Magnesium supplementation works for me in so many ways. Occasionally when I lie down to sleep, my whole body feels like restless leg syndrome. Magnesium works within 15 minutes.

Based on your other post where you said you were very stressed, it could be an adrenaline surge. How many days has it lasted? Are you able to stop the source of stress or escape it and take a break and relax?

Best to see a doctor to find out what it is, but if it is stress-based there are a number of natural things you can take. Here's one homeopathic remedy:

METAGENICS NERVOUS TENSION REMEDY
Muscle Relaxant, Nervine, Sedative

Formerly called HP 22
250 Tablets

Recommendations: For acute symptoms dissolve 4 Tablets in the mouth every 30 minutes reducing to 3 to 4 times daily upon improvement. Continue until symptoms are relieved.

Each Tablet Supplies: Magnesia phosphorica
3x
Colocynthis
12x
Kali phosphoricum
30x
Hyoscyamus niger
12x
Ignatia amara
6x
Passiflora incarnata
3x
Avena sativa tincture

I was just at the docs to get results from a ultrasound I had. I've been dealing with a Kidney Stone for a little over 8 months now. It is 12 MM in size. Could that have anything to play with all of this? Also, could it cause constipation?
