Welcome to the forum, dawna!

As a side note, and from a webmaster's point of view, the reason that your threads were deleted on other sites should be because of the commercial link. Many spammers join a forum and post commercial links in their first posts, it's very hard to tell if they are legitimate personal opinions or spams. If these kind of posts were allowed, the forum would be flooded with spams very soon. There are even some forum posting service, the spammers collect forums that can be spammed.

Usually forum members have to build some trust before they can post commercial products, this is not in the rules of any sites, but most sites are pretty much the same.

Strict spam policy is usually a good sign that the forum is taken good care of. If a forum doesn't care about spams, they usually don't care about the members much either.

Kevin,
I was careful not to post commercial links, I only posted independent research links and clinical trial locations, I go back everyday to check, that's how I discovered that the guy who said his doctor was the head of HIFU trials where he lived was gone, and his post deleted.

They discuss doctors and post many commercial links there for surgery and radiation.

I just went to the HSI site and found the thread where I learned about HIFU and then we went to Mexico and I wrote about my experiences....and it's all been erased, the thread is still there but it stops just prior to Iggy telling me about HIFU. www.healthiertalk.com :: View topic - High PSA

So, HSI was taken over by the AMA. American Medical Association

I learned from a man who is head of a hospital in NYC that the AMA runs the insurance companies, so that's why insurance doesn't want to keep costs down, they get paid off. The CEO of United Health Care makes one dollar for every 700 dollars paid into health care.....how many zillions is that??

What makes you think HSI was taken over by the AMA, dawna?

So many many people went to that site seeking a way out of cut, slash and burn ideology. Where will they all go now?

Lets continue to work on building this site so it will become well known. I've noticed in the past month or so quite a bit of growth....for which we can thank Kevin. But having tried and true testimonials like yours dawna, really help this forum and people who come here seeking for answers.

HSI erased everything that was written regarding HIFU, all that Iggy posted, all of my experiences. they were all good experiences with HIFU.

The only mention on HSI of HIFU is a thread Iggy posted and Abel ripped him apart saying HIFU would spread the cancer. 18 years of successful HIFU in Europe proves Abel wrong. But they left that...because they want to bury HIFU.

Why else would HSI delete all the HIFU postings?? They left my thread, but erased all the HIFU experiences.

Who knows where HSI people went??? We were blindsided, no one knew it was coming. altmedcat. is one place some went.

Many sites do not permit you to post links until you have posted at least 20 or 25 posts, including this one, to prevent spammers from invading... so be careful.

Otherwise very little gets banned here.

Meanwhile please tell us your ganoderma story. Why not start a new thread for it under cancer?

Herbal Answers,

I imagine that you were like me when I first started to post at forums, very excited and so happy to share something so good. It was that enthusiasm that helped get me erased and banned...but also the topic, I was not only erased at HSI, but at 8 other cancer forums - several times, and I saw other posts about HIFU and then they disappeared, so there is an effort to keep the word down. I was erased and banned at Pub Med's forum; healthmessageboards.com last week, I was "got" there, there are referrals to me, but all my posts are gone. They will finally accept talk of HIFU, but only skeptical talk, when I offered a great report they erased it and banned me.

I will look up your ganoderma, keep trying, don't post links, they think you are selling, all those forums that banned me now allow a little bit of talk....someday they will all know, I am sorry for the people who slipped through my fingers and didn't find out about HIFU.

I think you are safe here, if not.....I'll be so disappointed!

Default Ganoderma information

Ganoderma lucidum - Reishi Mushrooms

Ganoderma lucidum (Ling Zhi) is documented to have wonderful medicinal value.
Reishi mushrooms have been used in traditional Chinese medicine as a herbal
medicine for more than 5,000 years, making it one of the oldest mushrooms known
to have been used in medicine.

The word ling zhi, in Chinese, means "herb of spiritual potency" and is
considered the "mushroom of immortality". It has attained a reputation in the
East as the miracle mushroom due to its many health benefits and absence of
side-effects. Ling zhi has been added to the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia and
Therapeutic Compendium.

Ling zhi has a diverse amount of other species and mycologists are still
researching the differences between each particular Ganoderma lucidum species.
Ganoderma lucidum is the only known source of a group of triterpenes, known as
ganoderic acids, which have a molecular structure similar to steroid hormones.
It is a source of biologically active polysaccharides, ergosterol, coumarin,
mannitol, lactones, alkaloids, unsaturated fatty acids and vitamins and
minerals.

The reishi extract has been shown to be effective in treating migraine
headaches. It is believed that oxygen shortage in the brain (hypoxia) is at the
core of the pathogenesis of a migraine attack.

As an anti-inflammatory agent, the extract is effective in substantially
alleviating the problems and pain related to rheumatism or osteoarthritis and
gout.

In treating hypertension or hypotension the extract has been shown to be highly
effective in a very large number of cases treated. In the more successful cases
blood pressure is back to normal within 2 months.

The extract has been found effective in reducing and in some cases eliminating
asthma attack.

The extract is effective in reducing blood sugar levels and the amounts of
insulin required for diabetic patients.

The extract is effective in regaining stamina and energy or debility due to
prolonged illness especially for cancer patients after undergoing radio and/or
chemotherapy. They are able to eat and sleep well.

The extract is effective in clearing up a large variety of skin allergic
conditions either due to food or airborne allergens.

Ganoderma extract has been found to be useful in detoxifying the kidneys and
improving its overall function. Patients receiving hemodialysis should find that
the duration and frequency of the treatment could be reduced.

The extract has been shown effective in reducing or eliminating excessive
menstrual pain and irregularities.

Ganoderma extract has been found effective in addressing a variety of
cardiovascular problems. It improves the circulatory system with excess oxygen.
It also decreases the conditions of angina pectoris and palpitation.
