I tried the MMS protocol for about 2 months but when I had my blood tests it showed that my liver enzymes had gone up quite a bit, so I stopped. Now, it could have been die-off reaction that caused the higher level of enzymes, but I'm not sure. I'm still waiting to hear from someone who has had success with MMS and Hep C.
The BEST thing one can do, that I can tell, is a raw food lifestyle and light exercise!!!!
I tried other treatments as well... supplementation, herbs... lots of $$$ no real improvement.

Sounds like a diet i could tolerate since i love veggies. I could eat them raw. Other than diet changes did you try anything else? Have you tried MMS? My mother in law has Hep C...She has been miserable for years. It's so obvious that she is dragging herself around. It's great to hear that you have found a way to manage. I hope you continue to do better.
