Hey doug, I was diagnosed in dec 2009 with viral load of 5000 and cd4 of 428 - I'm determined to do anything I can and am currently doing mms1 and 2 - I read your posts and it was great to see someone undedectable from using mms. I am doing 3 x 8 drops and 4 capsules of mms2 a day at the moment as I've seen recommended somewhere else . I'm really interested as to what maintenance does you use and also what your vl and cd4 results were from diagnosis to now! Would be great to hear from you, all the best, Matt
