I just stumbled across this lovely forum today while searching for.... wow.... I don't remember what I was searching for. Where is my Gingko?

So I enjoy humor, herbs, healing topics. I'm a Mom, I homeschool my peanuts as well as coach others in wellness topics.

On a more serious note, I'm the survivor of cancer by natural means alone which is the fuel for what I do and why I do all that I do. I have some very strong opinions on cancer, allopathic medicine, and companies who take advantage of people just wanting to heal themselves. My opinions are just opinions, and I recognize that even opposing opinions can both be factual.

Respect is my language, even in my dry humor.

I'm very happy to hear that you are a cancer survivor. I would like to hear your story sometime. There are so many cancers and from various sources. Mostly viral or fungal. I'd guess that most have microbial sources. I keep reading of cures, but very little about how to keep it from returning. I'm interested in alternative cancer healing methods. I'm really interested in the science behind the folklore.

Homeschooling takes a lot of time and energy. Good for you. Do you live in a remote area? Or are you just annoyed with the school system?

I will absolutely share my story. I know my cancer was viral. I'll get into that later, and I'll be happy to share what I did. Every person's body and health is so unique that is really takes a personal approach to conquer any kind of illness.

I homeschool for so many different reasons. I want my kids better prepared, I don't want them learning these things kids do nowadays, and our schools in WA are so overcrowded and underfunded. I personally believe that giving them a solid foundation at home will grow them into blossoming, productive, and centered adults. (That is my goal anyhow!)

I edited this post because I wanted to add that I also have very strong opinions, and if we should differ, its nothing personal.

On a final note, there are some very knowledgeable people here. There are also some very knowledgeable people who are no longer here, because their opinions were too strong. Thus, they were banned for spamming.

Home schooling now that is an activity that not many are brave enough to attempt. You are to be commended.

Everything I've read shows that home schooled kids do way better the those being brainwashed in our public institutions. Which probably has something to do with why our public educators frown on home schooling as you make them look like the failures that they are.
