Default Hunger Pangs and Arrythmias Help

Sorry if I posted this, I can't seem to find the thread.

It seems that I the symptoms of severe hunger, cramps, arrythmias, etc.. are caused by mineral deficiency!!

I bought some minerals tabs, but it didn't helped.

However, I found out that when I ate dates and put some tamarind paste in warm water, it helped with the arrythmias. My diet is severely limited because of allergies. I am often looking for foods that I can tolerate with highest vits and minerals. I found out that I could tolerate those two, as well as red radish.

A serum blood test for potassium, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus show normal, but I know it can't be, since 2002, I have only been able to eat 10 foods: apples, celery, olive oil, edam cheese, goat cheese, apples, oats, lamb and pears. Water only.

More recently, I have been able to add: brown rice, carrots, brown lentils, radish, cucumber, pomegranates, fresh ginger, cabbage, and beef.

I am also able to take some multi vitamins, and other supps, but find it difficult to find Omega 3 non fish (flax seed etc.. only convert very little of GLA to EPA, that is if you have the enzyme to convert), Hemp protein powder, yellow split peas powder, and Primrose Oil (same as flax seed, very little converts to EPA).

AS FOR B COMPLEX, I bought Jarrow B-Right, but have some slight allergic reaction to tiny dash from the capsule. I am unable to tolerate most Niacin in tabs form, but found out that Tamarind contains high amount of Niacin, this is why I eat and drink it.

I am taking as much fresh ginger as I can tolerate to stop blood clots pooling in the heart due to arrythmia. SVTs, PVCs and Af, as well as tachy. I take no meds for those, they are ineffective, and from what I read from cardiology journal, a higher cause death amongst those who take these meds.

I read about minerals, and concluded that the bottle of minerals tabs I bought were not useful. Those minerals are not plant derived, not chelated, and had no effect whatsoever except making me feel uncomfortable, not exactly, ill, but slightly uncomfortable.

I read that organic plant sourced minerals are more absorbable and more in synergy with our own digestive system.

I found this article/product and would like to know your opinion:

https://www.kjmaclean.com/Youngevity/..._minerals.html

BUT, then, I read this article: https://www.rawfoodexplained.com/mine...-minerals.html
which basically says, we can't compensate by taking minerals supps. I heard anecdotes of those who were
deficient in potassium for eg, being helped by potassium supps!

In anycase, I need to help myself, and buy time, till I am able to eat more fresh fruts and vegggies.
I have never been able to digest sprouts (I found out why recently, and its not that healthy after all),
beans, and legumes. As for nuts, I have no idea if I will still be allergic to those or not. Meanwhile, I need
to take a supplement before something sinister occurs as a result of mineral deficiency!!

I thought of looking at herbal teas - the ones with highest mineral content, whilst hoping
I won't have an allergic reaction. Anyone knows about herbal teas and highest mineral contents?

What is the best mineral supp on the market in your opinion?

Many thanks,

I suggest that you look at some liquid mineral products.
go to this site. www.reachforlife.com They have some interesting Utah shale products that are made from ancient plants to supply trace minerals. Sometimes mineral deficiencies for the larger minerals can be resolved when supplementing with trace minerals as they help to absorb and utilize the nontrace minerals. They can boost the whole system.

One mineral that the body really needs is silicea and horsetail has it. Here is an article you will find of interest.

For magnesium look ast magnesium oil that is applied topically, which bypasses any digestive errors you might have. You can find it at swanson vitamins.

You would also do well to make bone broth. Take your meat bones and soak them in vinegar and water. The vinegar leaches out the minerals... somewhere there is a recipe on how to do this. You cook it for a very long time and then put portions in the freezer.

Thanks for the tips.

I found out about Nettle, and may give this a shot. https://www.livestrong.com/article/13...ttle-leaf-tea/ its also good for joints.

I have a bottle of Magnesium, which I totally forgot about, and will give this a whirl. Otherwise, I will get if from foods, and may resort to taking Solgar Chelated Solamins multi minerals, to get me through these dangerous arrythmias.

I did bone broth a couple of times, minus the vinegar (allergic) and it was fine. I should do this everyday!! I am not sure if I can just drink it too.. Also, even though I was told the bones are from cattle grazing outside on fresh herbs, there is a niggling thought about CJD..

Are you from UK? CJD should not be an issue in the USA

Why not use chicken or pork bones? Who says it needs to be beef bones?

that meat is safe..
