Well, my previous post no longer has the same meaning. It is now without humor.
So, I might as well make a real list of things that cause high blood pressure:
Salt
Caffeine
Alcohol
Smoking
Excess weight
Refined Sugar
Lack Of Exercise
Lack Of Fruit And Veggies
And without mentioning any "personal names", Stress.

I have learned from taking care of older people, that using humor that attacks other people, will normally cause stress on the person trying to pull off that mean type of humor... I have also noticed that the people who write their "grievances in the sand" seem to be less stressed then those who continue to see their grievances written in stone everytime they turn around.

I appreciate the fact that the moderators at this forum, didnt see your post as humorous... That's what makes the difference in this forum!!!!

I apologize to the moderators for my post, as it could be seen as a personal attack, even though it wasn't meant to be.
Sand or stone, I feel much better now.

We understand.

The Pinball Gizzard

Ever since I was a young boy
I wanted to try them all
The joint down the road from Brighton
I must have wanted them all
But my mother was a vegetarian
So none for me at all
That death-done disappointed me as a kid
Sure wanted a Gizzard

Now Im standing like a statue
Becoming some Gizzard-craving machine
Feeling the anticipation
Ready to eat
She brings over the meal
My mouth begins to fall
That would not disappoint me as a kid
No disappointment at all

Its a really-good Gizzard
Rubbing against my wrist
A really-good Gizzard
Ive got a greasy wrist

How do you think they make it?
(I don't know)
What makes it so good?

I aint got no distractions
Can't hear those other people yell
Don't see lights or nothin
Embracing the wondrous smell
Ill probably have more anyway

Never ate this good at all
Wouldnt of been disappointed as a kid
Out of happiness I would bawl

I knew they were
The tasty-Gizzard kings
Cause I just eated
A Gizzard made by them
Even on my ugly table
It still taste the best
His Chefs simply cook him
And I just taste the rest
He's got me lickin my fingers
So very, very swell
Wouldnt of disappointed me as a kid
Why do vegetarians exist at all?

Thought I would stop by and point out that the word intended to be used here, is hypertension versus hypertention.

Happens to the best of us.

Your right. My brain doesn't work well after midnight.

Iggy, thanks for the laugh, but just to set the record straight, I'm not vegetarian, as I eat fish, shrimp, and can have chicken or turkey if I want.
Hell, I'd take chicken wings over Gizzards anyday. I don't eat pork or red meat, because I believe they contributed to my Hypertention, er, Hypertension.

I know, I know.
You and I have almost the same diet and exercise regimen, 'cept I'm not a "powder puff".

The Pinball Gizzard is sung to this tune.

When my kids were growing up.... Having four of them running around the house.... I can betcha, that cigarette smoking eased my hypertension very well... So did a nice rum and coke on really bad days!!!! Sure did take away alot of stress! I think alot of it is how you use the product!!!
