Default Hazelnuts and Cholesterol

If you're trying to lower your cholesterol, why not try hazelnuts instead of statins?

"As compared to baseline levels, after consumption of the hazelnut-enriched diet, decreases were found in levels of VLDL cholesterol (29.5%), triglycerides (31.8%), apolipoprotein B (9.2%), and in the ratios of total/HDL cholesterol and LDL/HDL cholesterol, while concentrations of HDL cholesterol increased (12.6%)."
