Default Skin Rash

I have had a terrible skin rash that started as what looked like 4 blisters on my toe, they were sore to the touch but did not itch at all.....within 24 hrs my little toe had tiny bumps all around the blisters and went a little bit on my foot, still no itching......24hrs after that all the small bumps merged with the blister things and my toe swelled up to a massive size and has been in a lot of pain (it busted open a couple times, I think just because it could not stretch anymore, no puss or infection came out, it just tore the skin).....over the last 2 1/2 wks the rash has gone from my foot up my leg, on my arm, covered my hand and then spread to the other side only it itches like crazy.....my feet and hands have it the worst by far although the rash that was on my left foot is now gone and there is no more rash on my legs, stomach or back.....the only rash that remains is my hands, arms and my right foot with the hurtin unit toe. The itching is almost unbearable, none of them have busted open or scratched off, I try not to scratch them though. Here are some links to some pictures of my hands and toe.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have been packing bentonite clay on my toe, taking a heavy sick time tea (although I feel great I could sure use the immunity boost I would say) and have just started out on a parasite cleanse today. I did not introduce anything new to my laundry, no bed bugs, I cant say if I got bit on the toe or not but it is a possibility. I did take some mangosteen juice for the first time a little over 3 weeks ago but stopped after 5 days of it (this was about 3 days or so before the toe blisters appeared) but that is the only new thing that has been around me.

I did have a migraine that made me feel like the flu 3 days before the blister appeared, the migraine went away on the second day of having the blisters. Other than that I have felt 100% great, no other complaints except a massive toe and a body full of little bumps that itch like mad.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

Ah, the mystery rashes! Few doctors can diganose them and when they do half of them are wrong.

I had a very similar rash at one point in my life with that blister look. It came on 3 years in a row in the middle of winter. It looked and acted much like poison oak even though I had had NO immediate exposure. It took a major homeopathic consultation with a specialist and treatment for me to be rid of it. It has never returned. Myhomeopath came to think it was the result of chronic poison oak, as I had had three cases over the previous 5 years in the summer, one of which was treated with steroids. When she gave me the remedy I immediately broke out on the site that was treated with steroids, a fine outburst but with no itching. I healed up in a week and I was fully cured of all the blistering no matter what time of year.

Another strange rash I had was shortly after the birth of my second son and 10 years before this above mentioned. It covered my feet and hands, and this preceded and was quite different than my first stated rash. I was in a panic with a newborn, thinking I would give him a disease. I became obcessive compulsive in washing and changing my socks. Again it was a homeopathic consult that cured. The remedy was given to me in his office and by the time I got home the itch had totally stopped and the next day the rash was gone and the bezerk mother went away also.

Now recently in my neighborhood a child broke out in a most severe rash down the legs and the doctor called it impetigo for which for which he prescribed an antibiotic. The family chose to do MMS instead and it cured in 3 days.

So I would try MMS and if that did not help within a week I would seek out an experienced homeopath. Homeoapthy will not only cure the disease but greatly fortify your whole immune system

Thank you for the reply and sharing what helped rid you of this annoying rash! You mentioned MMS.....is that what your homeopathic doctor gave you for your 2 outbreaks? What is MMS? I googled MMS and came up with it being the Miracle Mineral Solution....is that what you are talking about?

Thanks again for your help! I look forward to relief, thats for sure!

The homeopathic doctors did not give me MMS. Homeopathy is a very specific science of medicine, generally not accepted by conventional doctors... but non the less highly effective

MMS is an antimicrobial solution that has a learning curve to use.
You can start here: www.jimhumble.biz

We have here an MMS subforum in Alternative Therapies where people can get some guidance if needed. Just look on the main page.

Yes, it does very much look like poison oak. In which case you are lucky as it will pass off. Resist scratching as that will spread it.
Many different rashes can look the same. But if you were in the vacinity of that dastardly plant I would hold it suspect.

I was thinking that it looked like when I had poison ivy, but Im not sure how much poison ivy and poison oak look the same....I have heard that life bouy soap will get rid of poison ivy... And as much as I hate to tell everyone that I do it, we use bleach.... I put a capful of bleach in a big bowl of water (like maybe a gallon of water) and then wet a washcloth with the solution.... then we very carefully wet the areas affected with it.. .I know, bleach is not a good thing, but it does dry it out... We have also used iodine mixed in water

Some folks say that wetting some Epsom Salts with water and rubbing it on the skin, then letting it dry will relieve the itching of Poison Ivy or similar rashes. Cheap enough, I'd give it a try!
