another thing, at my age, I was reading somewhere, that we get low on enzymes or something about that, and that we don't even absorb stuff like we used to, so I'm being robbed, even if I do try. I suppose I should get some enzymes, also, I have been doing research about 'bitters' like bok choy, how they make your liver and gallbladder activate or something....mannn...it's crazy how we have to try so hard. probably if I just felt happier it would help everything, ha.

It is stomach acid that is more important. After around the age of 40, we produce much less stomach acid. This gives us all kinds of digestive problems.

Search this forum for "digestive bitters". I've posted a lot about them. It does no good just to eat something bitter or swallow something bitter. The back of the tongue just needs to taste them briefly. I'm trying not to repeat myself so much so check out this post https://www.natmedtalk.com/alternativ...tml#post187620

Well, thank you. another thing that has probably messed up my stomach...diagnosed a few years ago positive for H-Pylori, treated with 3 strong antibiotics, felt I still had it, was checked for it another way, still positive and they gave me even more and more antibiotics. That probably threw everything off, I probably still have it, and guess yogurt (Greek?) could help...what do you think? Thanks for all the info

Yes, anything with probiotics can very much help you get rid of h-pylori. Yogurt, kefir, miso, unpasteurized sauerkraut, probiotic supplements.

Antibiotics will kill your beneficial bacteria as well as the bad. If you don't replenish the beneficial bacteria, you will find that the bad ones are very opportunistic. Killing the good ones causes your intestinal environment to become more alkaline. This allows the candida and other yeast to morph into aggressive fungi. Many of them are dimorphic. Put the intestines back in the slightly acid pH, and the fungi can morph back into the yeast state and be controlled.

thank you so much, don't know the word dimorphic and will look it up, I know my stomach doesn't feel right, also, there is something going on in my whole body, I can feel it, along the lines of what we are talking about, but also had a cyst removed in middle of forehead, of all places, in about 2000, and while putting vit E there an energy came out with me outside but around my body, now, this is getting weird. I'll go back to the H-Pylori, it can also get into a person's salivary glands I found out, I believe I have something amiss in my sinuses, head....all the way down into my stomach, and these are the 2 reasons I can pin it on, and/or I've wondered if my lymphatic system is overloaded. All I know is, my stomach feels bad at times, and I'm trying to eat right....the cyst thing and how I can pull on ???something out beyond my body, there is an energy....any thoughts, anyone. LOL
