Default How Do You Get Your pH Alkaline?

I assume you want to be around 7.36?

I love tomato sauce...I just learned about san marzano tomatos and how they make the best tomato sauce. I love alfredo sauces.
Granted, I won't eat this all the time, but can you enjoy these things and still maintain an alkaline body?

See this article for the body's numerous redundant pH buffers that will correct the pH balance.

In other words, don't worry.

Hi there, for a true ph reading this has to be done through an arteria blood test taken from an arteri in the wrist witch is a bit painful as i just had one done a couple of weeks back, other than that you can get some pretty acurate ph test strips witch come in various forms but can give you a fair reading. Currently using them myself as i'm boosting my ph as i have cancer, roughly following "vernon johnston's" protocol. bicarbonate of soda.check it out.

I also have some pretty good info in my blog regarding his baking soda / molasses cure. Evidence that it really works or why it works. https://www.natmedtalk.com/blogs/jfh
