Talk about Colds, and I catch one right after. Not bad enough to bother treating.

Garlic is very effective when consumed raw. Eat with yogurt to safeguard your tongue and mouth. Brush your tongue twice a day. Brush your body with dry brush before shower. Consider taking cold shower, lower temperature gradually not in 1 day. Do not vaccinate yourself. Concentrate on healthy outcome, have happy ideas, thoughts.

Didn't think you were supposed to brush your tongue, I was told it just hides the problem....and thought hot showers would be best as the heat helps kill things...hence why your body runs a temperature....or so I thought.

Alex.
You are quite right about raw garlic Alex. And it is cheap and easy. Yogurt is good as well; however I would not eat it at the same time as garlic. Garlic is antimicrobial. I would be concerned that the garlic would kill the friendly microbes in yogurt.
