Never heard of it.
Unless you have a bad gut condition or use a lot of drugs I feel that probiotics are not that necessary. Its all found in raw foods like salad.

Love them. My favorites. The culture is fermented for 3 years before they are marketed. Also includes a prebiotic. One thing I use as a prebiotic is rice bran. Most all soluble fiber is a prebiotic actually. Once you have established a good flora colony, you only need to feed them. That's what prebiotics are for. These over the counter probiotics do not contain all the strains that you may have or need in your body; so prebiotics are important. Aside from a pill, you can get very good probiotics from fermented foods like sauerkraut and yogurt. You should make them yourself to ensure that they have not been pasteurized. I haven't got the nerve to make kefir; but that is really excellent with multiple strains. My problem is that I tend to poison myself from spoilage. I've done that with herbal tinctures storing too long.

sadly that is soooooooo not true.
No way can we achieve a balanced or nutritious diet today without supplements.
There are carrots without vitamin A in them...oranges without Vitamin C in them, and nothing is the quality that we believe it is....which is fine for the drug companies, because when we are ill or dying, everyone is making money!!
