Default Nutrition Clinic Tests

Gillian McKeith offers Nutrition Clinic Tests (a comprehensive Food intolerance Test,a Vegetarian Food intolerance Test,an Allergy check for Environmental factors,a Liver Check,a Homocysteine check for good Heart Health and a comprehensive Stool Test for analyzing Digestive Health.).Don't understand to USD conversion for Gillian McKeith,am uncertain if LEF offers the same Tests,or which Company would prove less costly..

Chatterbox,

LEF doesn't do any of the tests you mention except homocysteine, as far as I know. Are you in the USA? I think their magazine is international, but I don't know about the blood tests. You can go to LEF org (I'm purposely breaking the link here) and hover over Health Concerns at the top of the page. In the drop-down menu choose Blood Testing. You can read about it there, then below the CBC test info click the blue button to view all blood tests. You have to go to a LabCorp to have the blood draws done.

Nightowl,
Of the Tests mentioned,LEF does a Food Allergy (Dairy,Fish,Meat,Shellfish,Grain,Nuts,Fruits and Vegetables) and a Homocysteine.Of course 130 others as well..I'm in the States. The Magazine is here because I receive one what seems every other Day!Gillian McKeith is International, and the Tests she offers is VERY expensive!

Chatterbox,

I hadn't noticed the allergy one...they had a link to show what was new but I was in a hurry and didn't check it out. Thanks for letting me know! I've been a member for years but haven't been going to the site much lately. Last night though, I ordered some supplements and 6 items which came to $97....so that has something to do with it, but they are the best in quality.

Members save a lot on tests, especially during their annual sale, which was a few months ago...May and June approximately. The savings can pay for membership, if you are considering that. I think the sales events are only for members, but I'd have to check on that to be sure.

Nightowl,
The Rep I spoke with told me they offer the Allergy Test.Your welcome!I've been a Member less than a Year, and need to place an order, but haven't got around to it.Saving on Tests is only 1 of many reasons I like LEF.My GP refuses to order most of these Tests. Is May-June the only Months LEF offers Annual sales?

NB: Gillian McKeith's Stool Test https://www.gillianmckeithclinic.com/...m_medium=Email

costs 360,which is equivalent to US$572.64!LEF doesn't sell a Stool Test..

Chatterbox,

I could be wrong, but I believe the annual blood test sale is around the first of May through June or so...my memory is pretty bad...but I had my tests done June 23rd and I was worried about getting it done before the end date. If you are a member, you get a discount year round, but it's even better during the annual sale, plus they have super special package deals that cover tests such as the CBC, thyroid and hormones for either male or female, which is what I usually get. The CBC my doctor gives has less on it and none of the extra stuff, unless I'm having a problem. This year I had a link to the results emailed to me so I didn't have to wait more than a few days for results, and I was able to print a copy for my doctor. I'm happy with it myself.

The Chemistry Panel/CBC Test costs $35 for Members! The CBC I have @ Clinic isn't a comprehensive Chemistry Panel/CBC..do you know if the Vitamin D,25-Hydroxy is the only Vitamin D Test LEF sells?

Yes, Vitamin D, 25 Hydroxy is the only test LEF has listed on their website, because it's the only one that's useful, to my understanding. Their CBC has 35 tests included for the price you mentioned.
