lactobacillus capsule make me have diarrhea !!
I just take a capsule 2 hrs ago, and I get diarrhea
How can it happen? lactobacillus capsule should help me prevent Diarrhea..... I have do this test 3 times and it do happen the lactobacillus capsule have 7 billion live cultures ( no lactose ) pls let me know the reason

This is pretty unusual. I wonder if it is causing a die off of other microbes?
What brand is it? I have used a brand called Pure Encapsulations that I had a similar effect from. It seemed to derange me but I know other people who think it is a really good product.
