Default Ph balance question

I am getting a bone spur on my knee, and I went and bought some ph testing tape today. I didn't do a morning reading yet, but I had strange results when I did saliva and urine tests this evening/night. My saliva always came up 8.0, but the urine tests were 6.4-6.8. So I don't know if I have too much acid or alkaline. Any ideas of what I should do?

Any ideas of what I should do? Take calcium/ magnesium in a ratio of 1:1.

Default Bone Spur..

I agree with JonB, however, make sure the calcium/magnesium is from citrate, because it is easily absorbed. Take 500mg in A.M. and another 500mg before bed.
* I would also suggest a good multi, such as Dr. Mercolas..

Whenever I've been bad (hamburger, chocolate, and such), I wait about an hour or more after eating; then I take 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water. That helps to bring my pH back up.

I sometimes test my first urine in the mornings. I never test my saliva anymore. It always has higher pH than the urine. I don't trust it.
