False.
Our digestive system does not distinguish whether a protein is from one source or another. Red meat is mainly protein, so it can be digested by our body, just as our body can digest white meat, milk protein, vegetable protein, etc.
Of course, there are proteins that are indigestible (leather, hair, nails) by our limited digesting capability. But given enough time, even these may be partially digested. The form of even the same protein may even result in different digestibility, for example, cooked or raw, whole or ground.
In humans, chemical digestion of protein starts at the stomach, with the action of hydrochloric acid. Final digestion is in the intestine with the action of pancreatic proteases like trypsin.

False. The teeth and our history tell it all. Since man was around before agriculture we obviously were designed and destined to eat meat. How could we be designed to eat products that were not available to most people most of the time, especially those who live in the north where the growing season is so short. Unless you live in the tropics it would be pretty hard to do a vegetarian diet. Meat and fish is also a good source of essential fats,, at least meat use to be back before the feed lot.

Now see if you would have chose a sentence like "Spiderman is the greatest superhero of all, then the game might have taken off.... but to choose a question about red meat, when we now have a vegan on board, sort of messed up your game.... but here, let me try

All the evidence points to meat eating by humans. As was pointed out already, survival in Northern latitudes required meat eating.
Our eyes are on the front of our head like all other predators. A cow or any other non predator have eyes on the side of their head because they are prey. Prey watch out for predators and the placement of the eyes supports this.
Since predators are at the top of the food chain, they do not need to watch for other predators. They do need to focus on prey and their eye placement supports this.
Canine teeth are designed for tearing meat. Cows teeth are flat because they do not eat meat, they grind plants. We have flat teeth in addition to canine teeth so we are also designed to eat plants.
Not only that, I like meat so I am going to eat it ether way. Don't mess with my bacon.
