Default arginine bad for adrenal fatigue/blood sugar issues?

Hey yall,

so I feel ive been dealing with adrenal issues and possibly blood sugar issues for a while now after a long period of intense mental and physical stress.. (this hasn ot been confirmed by tests)

ive also been dealing with prostate problems and general weakness/lack of control of pelvic/sexual muscles..

because of this sexual problem ive been taking lots of L-Arginine and similar substances.. just the past few weeks ive experienced bouts of dry mouth.. at first it lasted for like a week.. and didnt improve when drinking water.. not itse better, but mouth is still more dry then it used to be.. this could be a sign of blood sugar imblanaces right?

then i read online that arginine can increase blood sugar.. would this be something i would want to avoid? ive been trying to avoid all types of sugar in general so presumably taking something regularly that increases blood sugar would be bad right?
