Default Hot Flashes?

Hot flashes long-gone
Except for the ones I'm experiencing from temps in
mid to upper 90's. Due to hit 100* by Thursday.
80* this am before 6:30 am :
Our area hasn't seen temps this high for this long in
many, many years.
