Here's a very interesting and comprehensive article
on magnesium. I supplement with this mineral and
I think this article will clear up a lot of confusion about
whether or not to use it. (what type, how much, how often etc.)

It's from Vitamin Research Products. They sell various
supplements of their own, but IMO, have an even handed,
well written newsletter regarding supplements.

Do you take their 4-blend of Mag, or just one . I usually
take Magnesium Citrate,

I (we) use citrate. Most of what I've read favors
this version.
