I'm a big fan of pycogonel (that word I can never remember how to spell)

Its effective for allergies, especially allergies from evergreen tree pollen, like juniper, cedar, pine.

It appears that this study was done in athletes and the cramps that come from exercise. I wonder if it would be just as effective for night-time cramps. I have increased my mag. and it does seem to be of some help but doesn't entirely solve the problem.

It may be worth a shot - in my opinion. The only downside is that it's quite expensive.
