\r\n \r\n I\'m \'bumping\' this thread as a reminder for all members, especially the newer ones. Please use a descriptive word in your thread titles so people reading and searching the forums know what the subject matter is. \r\n

I was just moving some threads from the General Discussion forum into more appropriate forums like Nutrition, etc.

There were some threads titles where if someone was searching for something, they wouldn't know what the subject of the thread was by looking at the title.

I left the titles as they were, but added in parenthesis things like coconut oil, or joint pain so members and guests would have an easier time identifying the subject matter.

The content of all of our threads and posts is what's most important and valuable to all who read them. Please use a descriptive keyword in the titles, so folks can have an easier time finding information, thanks.
