I have a friend who lived near a government nuclear facility in Montana. He says he saw a UFO take out some kind of facility on the base with a huge beam of light.

Arrow, I don't deny aliens exist, anything is possible in the endless universe. I don't know the answer, I'm just not convinced UFO has visited our planet. The question is often asked like "Do you believe...?" It has to come down to a belief, IMO. If UFO exists, their technology has to be far far far superior to ours...
Actually I enjoy all kinds of mystery movies very much, aliens, time traveling, robots, ghosts, dinosaur resurrection, you name it. Maybe I hope they exist, but if you ask if I believe it, I have to say no, because I'm not convinced.
Well the cat is out of the bag on an official level anyway. This comes from our military documents that they have withheld and lied about for a long time.
It makes me feel better, having seen what I have seen, but too fearful to speak of it for many years.
Lying damages the spirit and the soul, not only to those who make the lie but to those who must listen to it because it stifles thier own inner knowning and truth and teaches us that lying is acceptable. It subconsciously tells us that we are worthless for having our own truth and to doubt our experience and to live in hiding and shame for being different than the projected lie.
It also subjects us to ridicule by those who accept the official lie.
Lying is only a means of control and manipulation. The greatest and most damaging are lies to a civilization and a culture that are the lies that come out of them mouths of its rulers for it blinds a whole society and makes individuals vulnerable to fear and being controlled.
Many have been indoctrinated to the "belief" point of view. In the belief point of view truth is impossible for everyones belief is valid.
Everyone's belief is not valid. This is dark age thinking. Galaleo died for the truth while in prison for his "belief" because the belief of the Catholic church held greater weight, even though wrong.
If our government had been honest with us from the start everyone would "believe" due to the evidience based in reality.
And it is true that UFO technology is far superior from ours. Even much of our technology comes from reverse enegineering from UFO ships that the government has in their possession, even the simple aluminum foil.
It is the dark deed that Eisenhower negotiated with ETS that also brought much other technology.
and by the way the Vatican has officially made a statement on UFOs saying that they are a part of gods creation. Guess they don't want to get caught in another Galaleo incident.

Since I personally have no experience with any alien life form, I cannot say that I have seen any evidence strong enough to convince me that a UFO is an alien craft.
It would seem to be the most remote of explanations from my point of view.
I do not doubt that people are seeing something flying around as they really have no reason to fabricate such an event. Why that jumps to the conclusion of an alien being is where I get lost.
It is entirely possible that my view would be different if I had all of the evidence, and some way of knowing all of it was credible. At this time, most any other explanation seems more likely than aliens from outer space.
These videos and others, plus stories have been around for years. Of course those unstable people who claim first hand experiences of seeing them like, police, military, airline pilots, etc. they are just a bunch of liars and con artists. OR maybe they actually saw something that defied a rational explanation.
When the skeptic looks at a picture of a �light� dancing around in the sky he says it too far away to determine what it is. But when shown an clear close up picture they claim that it is a fake because it is to perfect.
I guess you can lead a skeptic to the truth but you can�t make them believe.
But news media coverage seems to be improving, no longer are sightings presented with outright laughter and ridicule.
