Default What's the weather like where you live?

I have to say the weather here in Western England is unusually mild.

I didn't have the central heating on at all during November! (And only once in October.)

What is the weather doing where you are???

Pretty normal so far after a fairly warm autumn in Idaho.
Wind is blowing now for the last 8 hours with gusts about 50 to 60mph.
crystal clear blue sky.
Couldn't sleep it was so windy.
Not much snow yet except at over 9,000 feet.

Central Texas

Still extreme and exceptional drought in most of Texas. https://droughtmonitor.unl.edu/ We got a half inch of rain last week.

Most of November was very mild but very much wind. Wish I had a wind turbine. We had an overnight freeze one night last week.

We are expecting 50s (10C) as the high during next week. Winter is already upon us.

It's been a mild autumn season here in Colorado, 50 degrees F and sunny. We had a few inches of snow where I live around a month ago, and it is snowing at the moment. It started late last night and the temps dropped down into the 20sF. Of course there's been much more snowfall in the mountain areas.

Up until now the days have been sunny and nice. For the last two days I've been out in my yard, trimming some trees and cleaning up the last of the fallen leaves, and did it all in short sleeves.

we are two days into summer here and it's been cold the last couple of days, in the low 20's celsius, I expect we will get a hot Christmas day seeing how its so cool at the moment.
I'm just hoping we don't get a really hot summer, I can't stand the heat.

In southern California the skies have been overcast for half a year. The skies have a thick covering that I never noticed before. The rare nights where the skies are normal and the stars can be seen is a moment of sure pleasure!!!!!!

Seems those winds that kept me up the other night worked their way through Utah where they took down huge trees all over the place!.. and then on into Pasadena cal. where it looked like a tornado hit... Santa Anna winds they call them. 100mph and more. I spent yesterday walking our property picking up our junk and all our neighbors too.

New Mexico is windy. I've been here for nine years. Wednesday and Thursday we had the worst wind/dust storm I have experienced thus far. There was so much dirt blowing in the air I could not see the valley below the edge of the mesa where I live. The day after the wind storm, it snowed all afternoon. Temps are ranging from about 28 degrees at night to 47 in the day, which is average for this time of year. Monday's forecast is for 6 degrees at night and 20 degrees during the day, which is really cold for this area at this time of year. We rarely hit the negative numbers, but last February we had a record breaking spate of nighttime negative numbers. It killed a lot of trees and plants, and many people not used to such conditions ended up with broken water pipes.

I'm with Just Me on this stinking cold. Hate it. It is only going to be in the 50s today and 40s tomorrow.

It's wet. It's finally wet. Not enough to break the extreme drought though. We need a few flash floods to do that. The ground has been so dry, that it has just sucked up what little rain we did get. My gauge says almost 2 inches. Lake Travis has lots of islands in it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUtCoIDQBGs https://www.myfoxaustin.com/dpp/weath...#axzz1fZnBtQ7g
