Milk thistle is amazing for liver regeneration, detoxification and just overall support. I have been considering getting milk thistle seeds to sprout and juice.

Oh dear. I just posted the same article, about turmeric, from a different source. I posted it in "Diabetes", since I felt it strongly addressed curative benefits to both type I and II diabetes.

I consume turmeric everyday now. I eat brown/black rice mix with extra virgin olive oil, turmeric, black/red pepper and garlic powder. Hopefully I'll get all the benefits I keep hearing about turmeric
