Lightbulb My battle with acne, help me find a permanent cure.

My battle with acne, help me find a permanent cure.
I have been doing months of research and only been getting more frustrated with failed attempts. I would like to link my all my symptoms to the ailments I might have. What this will achieve is finding the most effective treatments to cure my aliments permanently. Right now my most serious symptoms are Brain Fog and Acne.

What acne is to me: Acne is an overgrowth of parasites, fungus, metal and bacteria. We are born with clear skin and deserve to remain so. Our skin is a method for our bodies to remove the toxins inside us. This can be resulted in acne.
So then.. Here is my story.

First off I have and had acne on a medium scale for a long time now. Since around 10 years old. It progressively got worse around then. I think I know why this happened too. (I got Amalgam fillings around that age and I didn't know they were toxic only up until recently and I got them removed.) Anyway before this one point in time around 8-11 years old (can't remember specifically) I had perfect flawless skin with a great diet. I was always happy and thinking well. Then I got those fillings and I feel my skin started getting oilier and inflamed. (Also my thoughts were not as creative anymore and I actually started doing worse in school)(around 4th grade, mildly) In regard to the acne, I thought it was hereditary at first but my dad had bad acne but much later in his life. When he was in his teens until his mid-twenties. I still believe in hormonal and hereditary acne, but not to this degree. (My dad also had amalgams his entire life too, probably the cause of his acne too)(While my mom didn’t and she didn’t have acne problems)

Fast forward to April-May 2010, around that point in time I decided to do something about my acne. I went to a dermatologist... Stupid idea.. All they said was that acne was not affect by food and consumption and changing your diet will not affect it. Complete bullsh*t to my face. The topical creams he gave me only dried my skin even more, creating more oils. I stopped seeing him and I didn't do much about it afterward. I just dealt with my skin and thought nothing about it.

Fast forward again about a year later (May 2011) my mom asked me if I wanted to see a different doctor about my skin again. I said yes, and we paid a visit to a local trustworthy doctor that we have known for a long time. He gave me a "prescription for antibiotics to help kill off the bacteria under my skin that causes the acne." I trusted his opinion and started taking his prescribed Doxycycline Hyclate twice a day on empty stomach. This gave me extremely upset stomach aches every time I took the pills.. But I just dealt with it and in about three weeks I had clear skin. Life was wonderful, I could be myself without worrying about what I see in the mirror. I took this medication for about two more months and carried on a happier life.

Then, I decided to stop taking the medication on the fact of not wanting to be dependability on Antibiotics. I didn't fully take into consideration what they did and I thought my skin would remain fine. I was wrong. This is when the more serious problems started developing. I stopped taking them and in about two weeks after stopping the dosage my skin problems came flying back. But during the summer the acne didn't really phase me that much, since I had been used to it almost all my life and school had not come around yet. I started doing research about Acne over the internet during the summer to figure out that the gut flora in my body had been totally changed. It was completely out of whack and imbalanced. I realized I might have Candida Albicans or Candidiasis. I continued research on this and began looking up more causes for acne. I came across information about Candida that was linked to Heavy Metal exposure through Mercury fillings. This is where it all began to fit together in my head. I also discovered information about detoxification and how it could really help me. I talked to my parents and got an appointment for my two large molar mercury fillings to be removed. But my problems didn't go away and my facial acne was still there.

So at this point it was August and I had and have basically no short term memory. I would repeatedly forget about things to do and places to be. This became my number one problem that started affecting me really negatively. I feel this was caused by the overgrowth of candida in my gut and also the cause for my worse acne and inflammation on my skin..
I started looking for solutions right away, I even tried to do the 3 Day Apple fast with enema's each one of those three days. That only worked a very slight bit.. I never experienced the detox effect I wanted.. Everything was back to the way it was before and school was about to start. I continued research and still refused take anymore antibiotics. Then school came around..
The problems only got worse. I couldn't focus in class, or even retain the basic information from a lesson. It was hard to understand simple math concepts and I was getting more depressed each day. Then when the tests came around, the stress made me lose all my thought and I bombed them. It was seriously affected my grades. At that point I had enough with the symptoms and began doing all the Natural/Holistic Health solutions for Candida I could find. I realized I needed to perform a body detox to throw out the toxins that leave through my skin. I came across so many remedies for Candida I didn't know where to begin. I tried so many, like no carb diets, loads of herbal teas, crazy amounts of garlic, kefir and probiotics. All the supplements I could find for Candida.. All did help but nothing helped me totally rid of the White Film on my tongue the Brain Fog in my head and the acne on my face.

Then I discovered oxygen therapy with the food grade Hydrogen Peroxide treatment. I ordered the 35% and tried the couple drops into a glass of water three times a day. I kept this up but not to its full entirety for about a week and a half.. What I noticed was that it helped a bit.. But again I never experienced a Candida die off. I think all the failed treatments were because I couldn’t cut out sugar and carbs for this entire time of attempted treatments. (from the end of summer to this past weekend). I couldn’t cut those out, because when I did, I became extremely tired and sleepy. I needed the energy from carbs to run cross country. That could be why the treatments were not so effective. The one thing that always helped a lot was taking Astaxanthin. That anti-oxidant always gave me better skin the next day. Now I am free from sports and in need of a solution for these problems. What do you think could be causing this? And what can I do to permanently cure my aliments?

Acne can be related to hormonal flux depending upon a person's age. Cheap chocolate can causes infected pimples. Excessive consumption of butter and/or cream can cause acne. Oddly, I get infected pimples from Vit. E capsules, flax seed oil, and evening primrose oil.

A friend, who developed severe acne as a teenager and continued to have acne into his mid-twenties tried using powdered golden seal root (herb) to cure his problem. He made tea with the powder which he used to wash his face twice a day. He also consumed capsules of golden seal each day. I don't know how much he took. Within three weeks his skin was nearly clear. He continued the treatment for two more weeks to be sure he had gotten rid of all of the bacterial infection. He conquered the acne problem. A word of caution, consuming too much golden seal causes a powerful laxative effect. It should be taken after a meal. Probably one capsule with breakfast and one with dinner would be sufficient. Golden seal root has antibiotic/antimicrobial properties.

I think that golden seal is a good idea too. It is strongly antimicrobial.
Keep up with the Astaxanthin and add vitamin C to your protocol, 4,000 mg a day. Look for a facial product that is strong in vitamin c also.

If that doesn't work look into mms.

Inferno, when our son was younger he had acne, and he used sarsaparilla tablets bought from the health food store, they helped him, so might be worth a try, herbs do take a while to work so you have to take them for a while before you notice a change.

Take zing (50 mg a day for a week and then cut down to oce a week), also take Vit A 25000 - 30000 IU (not beta carotene, but regular vit A) for a couple weeks. Also, go to tanning booth (first time 3 minutes, skip a day, then do 5 minutes, skip a day again and then do 12 minutes).

Good luck.

Default This is something

The things mentioned for her help were mostly compounds of sulfur. I do not know much about MSM. I also remember the professor saying bathing in the epson salts (wonder if this also works dissolved of course in water - in other 1/4 cup in bathtub of water).

Also, the candida goes away with 1 tsp mixed with water daily for a couple of weeks.

From the site NaturalNews, I found out about this product Oxypowder which is a pill of ozone binded to magnesium. The developer Edward Group, maintains that most health problems begin in the colon. If you think about it, it makes sense. Your digestive system and colon are responsible for processing and eliminating the toxins from what you consume. If your colon is overloaded from compacted feces, it cannot function to its proper capacity, but your body still has to eliminate toxins somehow. I think this is a likely culprit for sustained acne outbreaks. Your body eliminates what it cannot by the digestive system into the bloodstream and skin.

I would recommend to try to order Oxypowder to perform a colon cleanse, it only costs $25 for 60 pills. It is alot cheaper and less toxic than other options, I ordered it and did a colon cleanse myself. You may also want to do a liver a cleanse with Livatrex as well, since the liver is really the last line before all the toxins get excreted onto your skin.

If you want to use something you may have at home try lemon juice. Apply at night and rinse off in morning. Do until acne has cleared up.

Or try baking soda. Make a paste with water and put on skin. Leave overnight. Do until acne has cleared up.

If you have tea tree oil or grapefruit seed extract you can try those too.

bcuz i have one on my neck, one on my shoulder, one under my eye(this one is not hard but its been there for years and even if i squeeze it it always get full again shortly after) and one on my leg,and maybe 2-3 more...its not that terrible but id like to remove them if possible with a cream or something and not have to go to a ''specialist''...but i guess it would require something to eat away the skin there but not damage it,i guess...if its even possible to remove theese spots without an invasive method..??
