Default Could Swollen Adenoids Block Your Nasal Passage At Night?

I use afrin pretty much every night so i can breathe. Could swollen adenoids be the problem?

If so, please don't tell me the only true cure is to address the inflammation and change my diet. please....that is going to be more difficult than shooting something up my nose....
: )

Unfortunately, I've tried that. Put some right next to my nostrils. Nothing.
I even tried putting some in my neti pot with the water. Nothing.
