\nFirst of all I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the wonderful people who offer excellent advice and caution too! I really do appreciate and value this forum

\nI am writing on behalf of my wife, as she is not a person who frequents forums! She may have a phobia of forums!
\n
\nBones! My poor wife(age 41) has been through a torrid time and unfortunately she continues to suffer, this time its her bones - from head to toe she is in constant pain. She was diagnosed some years back with Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, and this has worsened over the past four weeks; she has great difficulty opening cans/jars and peeling veg(I am now doing this for her). Her hands are that bad that she is currently unable to play her guitar and this is upsetting her greatly. Add to this she feels cold all the time - to the point were she is shivering(even when to you and me its not that cold).

\nI would really appreciate your thoughts on these matters, and any suggestions as regarding vitamins and supplements etc. My wife does not want to go and see the doctor because she has no faith in orthodox medicine and hates taking prescription drugs - like myself!

I have never heard of serrapeptase helping with hypothroidism which is the main problem.\r\n

\r\n \r\n Serrapeptase will not likely help with thyroid issues unless there also happens to be an inflammatory process going on in the thyroid. How to know? Inflammation in the thryoid is generally associated with Hasimoto\'s disease, but if there is disease in the thryoid inflammation is likely present to some degree. Of course it would over all be best to determine the cause of inflammation and eliminate the cause. I would certainly say that I had inflammation in my thyroid when I had thyroid cysts as they were quite tender to the touch. Iodine supplementation eliminated them, even though the thyroid specialist said that they would always be with me... but he knew not of iodine supplementation and he was looking do a surgery as time goes by.

\nYour wife must get a blood test done to find out if she is hypothryoid or not. Regarless of wether she is or is not, she absolutley needs to supplement with Lugols iodine either in liquid or tablet form. All women should.

\nI will refer you to the search option on this forum to find information on lugols iodine. You can also go to www.healthsalon.org and put iodine in the blog search bar and articles that I have stored will come up. Iodine is one of the most important supplements there is for maintaining thyroid health and preventing cancer, and according to my doctor, for even curing some cases of breast cancer. this should not be overlooked.\r\n

Default Bone Pain & Feeling Cold!
Hello Folks,

First of all I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the wonderful people who offer excellent advice and caution too! I really do appreciate and value this forum

I am writing on behalf of my wife, as she is not a person who frequents forums! She may have a phobia of forums!

Bones! My poor wife(age 41) has been through a torrid time and unfortunately she continues to suffer, this time its her bones - from head to toe she is in constant pain. She was diagnosed some years back with Carpel Tunnel Syndrome, and this has worsened over the past four weeks; she has great difficulty opening cans/jars and peeling veg(I am now doing this for her). Her hands are that bad that she is currently unable to play her guitar and this is upsetting her greatly. Add to this she feels cold all the time - to the point were she is shivering(even when to you and me its not that cold).

I would really appreciate your thoughts on these matters, and any suggestions as regarding vitamins and supplements etc. My wife does not want to go and see the doctor because she has no faith in orthodox medicine and hates taking prescription drugs - like myself!
