Default Castor Oil for Muscle Pain

I'm about to try rubbing some old Castor Oil on my sore neck and shoulder muscles, the magnesium oil isn't doing the trick this time. Here's an article about the benefits of Castor Oil...https://www.naturalnews.com/034558_ca...lood_flow.html

I've never tried if for pain. Normally, if I rub castor oil on any part of my body, it helps to temporarily relieve constipation.

That's good to know jfh, thanks. I'm not constipated, but I won't mind if it affects me like that, guess I'll know by tomorrow. Did you ever take it internally?

I've taken castor oil internally. About a teaspoon at times of chronic constipation. That was long ago. I now prefer magnesium, even in the form of milk of magnesia.
