 I think you may find they didn't charge you full price on the Vitamin D3. It's possible the D3 was downpriced to $20 instead of the listed $30 and the postage increased by the same amount to cover the difference this adjustment in price to bring the value of the order (excluding P&P) to under the �18 threshold for customs duty.
I've just 
gone online and gone through an order and the last page stated
                $30.00
Shipping:	$5.00
Sales Tax:	0.00%
Total:	$35.00
So that is the total you should have paid.
They may have sent a separate bill with the price you actually paid inside the box with the invoice for customs declaration on the outside.
