So I've been adding my Vitamin D3 to fish oil and taking daily. The odd company here and there have started to release something similar to what I'm doing but the amounts are waaaaaaaaaay too low! Just wish they'd have upped the O3 and D3 levels per capsule but I guess then it becomes an elephant to swallow?

Be interesting to see if changing from an olive oil to fish oilbased D3 made any difference?
It's not as if their was a huge difference in price but the Now foods are still a bit cheaper.

Maybe I'll have to start telling people to dissolve their drypowder vitamin D from Bio Tech in coconut oil and massage that into the skin. I don't fancy using fish oil as a massage oil base.

I thought there were issues with D3 and Vitamin A as found in Carlson's fish oil?
Does Salmon oil have high levels of A also?

Yes I was just about to mention to Ted that Carlson have not actually stated their Vitamin A levels there.

I'm actually using both the 5,000 iu and 50,000 iu from Biotech too submerged in fish oil from here:

The only problem I'm having now is that its a messy procedure. The oil goes all over the place.

I just want to add that I'm really annoyed with Biotech right now. They charged me $26.50 for shipping to England. When the box arrived it was one of those free USPS boxes you get from the post office and the sticker said $5.80. I have emailed them but they've not replied back.

I can ship to the UK for $11 US. I don't know about what your sticker said but I have shipped to UK numerous times and it always costs $11 (it might have gone up a couple of dollars lately due to overall price increases) unless the package is quite heavy. But I have shipped 4, 4 ounce liquid bottles and it was $11. Sounds like you got ripped.

Yes I have been ripped off. I phoned Biotech just now to complain. The lady said exactly what you said, that it costs $11, then why charge me $26.50 in the first place I don't get it?

Anyway here is proof. I've sent this same pic to them minus the Picasso. And I would advise anyone else in England to remember to ask for the $5 postage. This item came in less than a week.

I think you may find they didn't charge you full price on the Vitamin D3. It's possible the D3 was downpriced to $20 instead of the listed $30 and the postage increased by the same amount to cover the difference this adjustment in price to bring the value of the order (excluding P&P) to under the �18 threshold for customs duty.

So that is the total you should have paid.
They may have sent a separate bill with the price you actually paid inside the box with the invoice for customs declaration on the outside.

Hiya Ted I've fished out the invoice. I know what's happened here. It was sent via Air Parcel Post (cheaper non trackable means). Total they charged me was $46, I'm due a bob or two back. Regular customer here I'm sure they'll have me sorted!
