all I can say is that 2250ul per day does not lift me out of depetion, nor address some of the vitamin d deficiencies that I have had.

It's just a guide.
Everyone is different.
If you take any daily intake and look at the range of responses they vary by 100ng/ml or 250nmol/l.
But you've got to start somewhere, stick with that intake for 3 months retest and increase/decrease as required.

I hope nobody thinks this is the TOTAL intake required.
It's the extra amount to make up the difference.

So if you've been taking X amount of 3~5 months and you've got to around 30ng/ml and you want to be at/above 50ng/ml then you look along the 30ng/ml line and see how much EXTRA (on top of current daily intake) will be required depending on your current weight. 21*160=3360iu EXTRA on top of what you were taking to get to 30ng/ml.
