Default Okay to take all my vitamins and supplements together?

Hi,

I find it's much easier to take most of my supplements straight away in the morning after my breakfast. Is it okay to take them all together? Should I avoid certain foods when I take them?

My breakfast is normally an egg white omelette with various veggies and greens. Sometimes I have a yogurt, granola and fruit bowl. I was having Kale omelettes but I read that the vitamin K can block the absorption of calcium, so now I try to avoid Kale when taking my multivitamins.

Here's my routine:

After breakfast:

High Lignan 3-6-9 Blend of Omega Fatty Acides (one spoonful)
vitamin D-3 (5,000 IU)
A Daily Essentials Four pack:
-B-complete multivitamin
-C-complete multivitamin
-Beauty and Beta-Carotene Supplement
-E-Complete & Mineral Support
Milk Thistle (3 capsules of 600mg each = 1800mg)
St John's Wort 300mg

After Lunch:
Milk Thistle (3 capsules of 600mg each = 1800mg)
St John's Wort 300mg

After Dinner:
St John's Wort 300mg

Any and all suggestions welcome! Thank you.
