Default Healing Patellar Tendonitis Naturally

I suffer from patellar tendonitis (jumpers knee) from years of playing b-ball. Everything seems to address the symptoms instead of the cause. Is there anything that can address the cause and promote healing?

I would seek out a prolotherapist for injections of homeoapthics, nutrients and ozone. Find someone who can do all three

Default Relief for Patellar Tendonitis

Thanx Arrowwind for the advice. But just one question. What is a prolotherapist?

I had that 22 yrs ago. Antiinflammatories did not work. What you should try is stop all regular exercise for awhile and swim for the aerobic activity. Also do leg extensions (3-4 sets, twice a week). Try this for a month.

Default Patellar Tendonitis

Thanx Saved! That was one of the suggestions given from the team trainers and physicians at the school I attend. However from a systemic vantage point, would DHEA have the same effect as HGH in stimulating immune response from a hormonal level?

No clue, if you are under 35, do not take more than 5 mg DHEA daily. Also, if you are under 35, take 5 grams arginine on an empty stomach and that will kick up your HGH levels. Good luck
