Default supplement routine

Hey guys,

i now take vitamin a, d, 5-htp & arginin everyday, i also take tyrosine but not everyday.

i heard that tyrosine and arginin fight at the blood brain barrier ( sry for the bad english ) , is it the same with 5-htp? and how is it with vit d and a?

do i have to take it with food, or on empty stomach ... ?

greets

5-HTP must be taken on an empty stomach.

Tyrosine, if you would like to take it with food, take it with a higher dosage (but be careful as overdose is dangerous... 400-500mg is too much). However, it would be much simpler to take it right when you wake up on an empty stomach, this is when it crosses the blood-brain barrier much easier. Tyrosine does not absorb to well when it has to compete with other amino acids.

I do not know anything about arginin.

Take vitamin A and D with food.
