Default How do you make homemade lipo c

I have read about the lipo form of vitamin c being better absorbed form, and from the bits of info. I have found that the c is somehow combined with lecithin, does anyone know how to do this for home use and how long it will last, etc.
Thanks

I was recently wondering if anyone on this site made their own liposomal vit. C and if it was worth the time and effort.

The packets are pricey even if you buy them in bulk.

The liposomal vitamin c comes in packets - 30 packets to a box. You can buy a dozen boxes for a price break but it's still pretty expensive.

The packets are expensive...

I have made some, did not turn out to bad, probably not professional quality, but after buying the ultrasonic cleaner, it should only take a couple of batches and I will start saving money.

It's not that hard and cleanup is not bad.
