Default Brand New to MMS

Hello, Everyone---

I just placed my order for the MMS DVD and MMS itself. The more I learn about natural therapy, the more excited I become about it. I don't mind telling you that it's almost turned into a (happy) obsession for me. Having said that, my family is basically feeling "fed up" with my latest passion.

Right now, I take the following every day:

proteolytic enzymes (Vitalzym)
probiotics (HLC by Pharmax)
pine bark extract
grape seed extract
olive leaf extract
folic acid, 800 mcg
CoQ10
sun chlorella
evening primrose oil
vitamin B12
vitamin C
vitamin D
vitamin E

Additionally, I follow the Budewig protocol daily, cottage cheese & flax seed oil. Finally, I am on month 5 of an 8 month cleanse (a daily drink) made up of: fresh carrot juice, psyllium husk powder, caproyl and bentonite detox. (I will gladly suspend the cleansing drink while taking the MMS, since MMS is also a detox plan.) I know to take my vitamin c at least 4 hours away from MMS.

As you can see, I take quite a bit of supplements and am wondering how or if I need to modify this plan when I begin with MMS. And, should I take the MMS 2x a day, or 3x a day? Once I get detoxed, the maintenance plan is to take MMS 1x a day, 4 drops, correct?

Whew! What an eyeful I've shared....Thank you for allowing me to draw from your shared experience(s)...and truly, I would sincerely appreciate any and all thoughts...

All in good health,
Kel

Go to this page and read. It is a sticky that is at the head of the mms forum and will always be there to refer to.

/f50/3999-how-use-mms-basic-instructions.html

How you do it is up to you. When I did it I did it two times a day. But there are more ideas out there now on how it can be done.
And since most of the vitamins you take are antioxidants and mms is an oxidant, I would just hold off on them for a while when you are doing mms.

Why do you feel you need to start using MMS?
I would think someone who takes all that, especially the Budwig protocol, would have an immune system unsuitable for cancer living conditions.

Thank you so much for the information. I just received my MMS and I'm eager to begin.

Are you ever going to tell us what you are trying to cure? You don't have to but we are a curious lot here.

???

Right, ok, yes of course, I understand.

Well, I haven't been diagnosed with any type of disease, thankfully. Blood test normal, mammogram normal, annual physical great, although as of 6 mos. ago, I'm overweight. (Persistent) symptoms vary, i.e., (right) breast pain, heavy monthly cycles, eczema on elbows, nape of neck, scalp, behind the ears and finally, weight gain. Now, all these symptoms "suddenly" surfaced! Hence, the inception of my ongoing quest toward prime health. As I said again, I'm on month 5 of an 8 month cleanse. I had a series of colonics done over 6 weeks.

My goal: the best of health, and I know I'm not there yet, that much I'm certain of.

Still searching...maybe MMS is the key to my best health?

I'll be watching the MMS documentary DVD tonight.

Thanks so much to everyone for any and all thoughts!

Sincerely,
Kel

What bothers me is that so many people are looking at MMS as a "cure all".

What bothers me even more is that once people start taking MMS, they go to 15 drops and become confused and uncertain when they start vomiting and spend hours on the toilet from diarrhea.

MMS was originally used on malaria victims in Africa.
Now years later people want it the moment they start experiencing any sort of pain or discomfort.

MMS is not Tylenol.

It would be best to find out what is causing these symptoms before treating them, don't you agree?
You said these symptoms appeared suddenly? Has anything in your lifestyle, environment or diet changed that you are aware of?
Even the most insignificant changes need to be considered.

For pain it would be better to take DMSO, which is not just for pain but is extremely effective, fast and has no side-effects.

I would purchase DMSO 70% Solution.
Take 1 teaspoon daily as stated in an interview with Dr. Stanley Jacob.

https://www.dmso.org/articles/interst...stitis/icu.htm

Very bitter as I demonstrate in a video on YouTube:

Info on DMSO:

Finally, the purchase link:

I've used DMSO several times this week for an injury to my left knee ligament.
I do not know how long ligament injuries take to heal.
I am sure it depends on the severity, but after a few days it is all better.
I used DMSO 3 times using a Q-Tip to finely spread the DMSO over the surface of the knee cap.
DMSO is known to increase blood circulation, increase healing potential and many other things.

Kel, just remember that MMS is basically for microbe elimination and heavy metal detox. It should not become a life style. Do a cycle of it if you wish (maybe three weeks) to assure yourself you are hitting the microbe base at least. I would do other things to eliminate metals personally.

You may want to look into iodine supplementation as it may help you with some of what is going on. Weight gain, breast pain, may be related to hormones or perhaps just stress. Lugols Iodine can help to regulate the hormones... there is so much to learn about it. It will also detox certain chemicals. Do a search on this site for iodine threads and start reading.

I think that most eczema is allergy based. Perhaps you have developed an allergy to something that you were not previously allergic to?
