The effect of not needing to pee as frequently is something experienced by many using MMS, including those guys with night time frequency. It has been a positive benefit for me also. Which makes me think that this frequent urination in middle aged and older folks could be due to a mycoplasma of some sort the the MMS takes care of pretty easily.

The oxybutynin pharmacies are not going to like this one little bit. https://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/d...r/a682141.html

The "Star Trek" reaction is not something I ever thought would happen, who knew. The the infrequent urinating did stop after about 48 hours. Now all is well, and I am back to my normal pee schedule. I think I forgot to update that. The reactions are quite amusing, because normally they come on quick and leave just as quick, they are not longstanding and typically not debilitating at all. Last night's episode was the worse, and I think we are both in the midst of some sort of die off phase. I feel great but today I was a little tired, even with plenty of sleep. My husband is complaining that he feels a little under the weather, however he is not the least bit fatigued. His energy level is through the roof, and he is sleeping better than he ever has in the 5 yrs we have been married. Which, in turn, helps me sleep better too. It is hard to sleep next to a man that is 400 lb and restless. I don't care what kind of mattress you have, you will feel it. All in all, I feel better or we would have stopped using. It is just a really good feeling, I can't even put it into words.

I forgot to say, I have had frequent UTI's for years. It started with my first pregnancy, and just escalated from there. I was on some sort of med most of the time I was pregnant (14 yrs ago), until finally they said we will just have to wait until you have her. When I did have her, I would get them 1-2 times a year. More than anyone should! Right before the MMS regimen, I was waking at 4 am with a stinging sensation and the urge to pee. Since then, whatever the stinging may have been, possible start to a UTI, it has completely subsided. Now when I have to go, I don't feel the stinging and pressure that I was a few days prior to starting MMS.

I have had at least 3 UTI's in the last 12 mos, and 1 I had treated with antibiotics about 6 mos ago. I tried everything I could to treat it at home, but it wouldn't budge. The best answer the Dr. could give was that I have low acid in my urine and am not able to fight off the bacteria like I should. His prescription; drink lots of water, urinate frequently, take 500 mg of vitamin c daily, no soda, and take this antiobiotic. It was one of those, just do this forever and you should be fine speeches. Instead of referring me to a urologist or trying to find the real cause, it was take this and this and be gone.

On the day I wasn't peeing much, I did end up with a total a 6 for the day. I think that is still well within the normal range, just not normal for me. Now I am peeing about 8 times a day, but I have been making an effort to drink more too.

I wonder if too many Mycoplasma can result in recurring UTI's?

I wonder if too many Mycoplasma can result in recurring UTI's?

Recurrent UTI - Been there. Done that.

I am not sure about your above question. Most UTI that I see in my work has an identifiable overload of a bad bacteria, like strep, or staph. Urine is generally sterile under normal circumstances. When you get to the mysterious condition called interstitial cystitis you may be into the micoplasma thing I suspect.

I found homeopathic remedies the best cure for UTI.

I got my first bladder infection many years ago. The doc said it was from having sex. Honeymoon cystitis, he said. I did the antibiotic thing but a few months later it happened again. I was given bactrim which make me vomit and I tossed and turned in bed from the nausea it brought for a week.

When the infection came again I went to a homeopath. He had me cured overnight! and I had been peeing bright blood! The remedy he gave me was called sarsparilla 30c.

About 8 months later the infection came again. This time I was in a different part of the country and I went to a different homeopath. I told him what the first doctor said about honeymoon cystitis. He asked me how long I had been married. Over a year by then. He said the honeymoon was over. He said that any common but unusual microbes that your partner has you should have developed immunity to by now.

So then I asked him why the first remedy allowed for a reccurrence. He said because the remedy was similar to the condition but not similar enough. This time he gave me the remedy staphysagaria 30c. It worked like a charm.

I have had about 2 other bladder infections since then in a 10 year time span. Staphysagria worked each time. Usually I would be cured in about 24 to 48 hours. Never longer.

These remedies will strengthen your immune system in the area of the bladder but the correct remedy must be selected. Fortuantely Staphysagaria will cure about 60 percent of bladder infections so if you don't know for sure just try it. Another remedy that may cure a bladder infection is Cantharsis. Between these two most bladder infections will cure, but there are the other more rare cases where a homeopath will have to be consulted to find the right remedy

OMG, that is awesome. I wish I had met your 14 yrs ago...lol. I was in the same boat peeing blood, as if you are not uncomfortable enough when you are pregnant, that just adds fuel to the fire. Can you buy the Staphysagria online anywhere? I would like to have some on hand just in case.

this page at HealthSalon can help you.
https://www.healthsalon.org/165/homeo...ts-affordable/

You can usually purchase a 30C potency at your local health food store and it will work but you have to take it every 4 or 5 hours for a day or two or if you feel the symptoms coming back on.

I usually use 200c potency that usually requires only one or two doses. It really doesn't matter much. Most health food stores don't sell 200c but you can get it on line.

I started searching it after talking, it seems that it can help with a plethora of things. I found a cute little website called Small Flower, it seems to sell tons of homeopathic remedies, plus lots of other stuff too.

Thank god, the die off is nearly over I am guessing. We are both feeling 100% better than we were 24 hours ago. Good thing, I don't think the hubby could have handled much more...lol...he has never detoxed or anything so this is all new to him.

We ended up stepping back a couple drops and will move back up in a day or two.

She recommends taking a probiotic while on MMS. Do the rest of you who are on MMS take a probiotic at the same time?

I do not take MMS consistently, routinely. I did not do a probiotic except for the yogurt I eat a few times a week. I feel that if you eat lots of fresh organic veggies you get the bacteria for the most part that you need.
