I read this briefly. Let us not forget the Dr Burzinkis's and Dr MYhill, and Dr Wakfield, Dr Huda Clark, et al.. pioneers who have been hunted down. Its difficult to ascertain if he is the same. From what I know of China, he would not be walking free as he is now had he committed a crime. I have Chinese Friend who lives in Beijing. I will ask her about it.

So true, Seeker. For every ONE good citizen that helps others, there are FIVE trying to get rid of him - it seems to me.

I have been doing lajin n pai da on n off for past 2 yrs , recently on a more regular schedule. One day after lajin ( half hr on each leg), I fell after trying to get up from the bench. Apparently there was only numbness on one of the leg. I fell trying to stand up.
Now I will pai da on both legs till the feel comes back before getting off the bench.
Just want to know if this is normal.? Or I have over stretch myself.
I once tried wrapping a 2k weight ard my ankle to help lower my leg further, it was painful (the stretching part) n I felt kind of weak at the ankle area when I walk after that.
My husband did the same with no prob. He can touch the floor flat with his foot!
I wish there is someone here who can help with answers to problems or questions that might arise during the practice of this self healing technique .

In my opinion you tried to do too much to fast. Slow down a bit. Whats the hurry? Take three weeks instead of one day if you dont want to fall down. Eventually more mobility will come along with better circulation.

Thk you for your respond Arrowind09. I started with 3 mins n gradually added 2 mins when I find the stretch too relaxed. At 30mins now feeling good especially when I have other discomfort like bad sleeping posture the night b4. The pain ard the neck n shoulder will go away after Lajin. I run 5-7 km 3 times a week n Lajin compliments the stretching exercise. What happens if u fall asleep while doing Lajin? Will it still benefit?

I suppose it would. I just can imagine doing so. In yoga postures total relaxation into the posture is recommended... but in Lajin it is recommended that you maintain focus.

I have one tip about the link to the anti xiao letter above: use this site to link to it: https://anonym.to/

This way we are not helping to spread the word by providing a link (even if it IS nofollow), which is what the search engines use to determine relevancy.

Sorry if this sounds like it isn't needed, but I assure you, it is. I have a background in search engine optimization and just trying to make sure that this procedure isn't falsely slandered.

In fact, I used to work with someone that worked with natural medicine doctors on reputation management. It seems there are organizations out there that actively work to displace credible results and move "quack watch" results up the search engine for any of the doctor's search terms (i.e. their name). It's big business to call out free, natural remedies as "hocum".
