Default MMS Question

Greetings!

I'm a new MMS user (just started two days ago) and I just happened to stumble upon this forum by accident while looking for information on MMS. I find it a bit 'strange' that Web Of Trust for Firefox ranks this site as 'very poor', but that's a different topic.

I was just wondering about what foods I should avoid while taking MMS. I'm assuming that processed foods is the obvious answer and I read that vitamin C is a deactivator. So, should I completely avoid fruits high in vitamin C?

I'm currently at 7 drops. I use the 1:5 ratio and I down it with water. I actually don't mind the smell/taste and I have not had any nausea or any trips to the bathroom.

Any info would be great! Thanks! =)

You can eat fruit or take vitamin C supplements, but keep a minimum 4 hours between them and the MMS dose.

What are you using to activate the sodium chlorite? A 10% citric acid solution is best in my opinion. It is also best to just add distilled water (after waiting for the 3 minute activation time) rather than adding fruit juice of any kind.

Ahh that's good to know. Thank you for your input, pinballdoctor!

I'm using lemon juice to activate the sodium chlorite. I use a couple ounces of local bottled water that has no fluoride or any of that other stuff. It's actually quite hard for me to find juice that has no vitamin C or that is unsweetened in my area.

I also take colloidal silver (sovereign silver) and every other day, I take pro-biotics. I also take oil of oregano. I haven't taken it since I started using MMS. Should I avoid it? or take it after a certain amount of hours?

Edit: Guess I spoke to soon on the not going to the bathroom part. So do I now go back to one drop?

No, don't go back to one drop. Skip a dose then on your next dose return to the dosage that didn't give you a problem

Depending on how bad the runs are can determine when your next dose is and how many drops. If you are unsure what the last dose was that was Ok cut whatever you were taking at leaset in half.

with the mms you shouldn't need the CS I would think.

Bill...you still need help with your question?

BTW - naturally ocurring vitamin C has not been found to be a problem. it is added vitamin c (ascorbic acid) that you want to avoid.
