Question Newbie - A bit worried / confused

First of all Hi Everyone!!!

I have bought a bottle of mms and because of all the hype about this product I have started to read what you do / don't do / the dosage / the side effects et etc -- and now, not only have I just scared myself half to death with the confusing dosage and do's/don't's I have taken it twice and stopped.

I took one drop once a day for 2 days - and none yesterday as I was recovering from a function on saturday night where I drank - and today I feel like I have a virus... every bone in my body is aching --- Its probably just the virus that I have caught somewhere... but I have never spent a nights sleep where my legs ached so badly ever before... and now I have it in my mind that I have caused this by using the mms only twice... is this possible?

I ahve a couple of questions that I hope you can help with:

I am a 54 year old female. I would rather under-do mms than over-do it.

1. In your opinion, what is the minimum accumulating dosage that should be taken? Could I use MMS purely as a twice a year detox over perhaps a two week span and then just take a maintenance dose once a week?

2. What happens if you just take one drop a day and do not build up to more?

3. I'm assuming I should not eat items with Vitamin C in around the time I take this - can you make this easier to understand - e.g. for how long... for example, how soon after taking mms would I be able to drink a fruit drink of say lemon or orange and it would do me good.

I will have more questions .... but I would like to understand this before I go further.

Many thanks in advance.

I have just found the following basic help on jim humbles site:

https://jimhumble.biz/index.php?optio...id=25&Itemid=5

so I assume this will provide the answer to No.3 above.... however, I assume if you start to have smaller more regular doses, this means that you can never orally take food that includes vitamin C which, as its one of the best foods for the body (usually fruit and veg) is still confusing. I am sure nature wants us to eat fruit and veg all day rather than take mms?

MMS is active in the body for about 2 hours. So simply separate your vitamin C by two hours before and after your dose. Normal levels of vitamin c found in most foods will not deactivate mms.. only in larger dosages found in vitamin C supplements.

so you can take your mms with pineapple juice, and this juice does have natural vitamin c, as most juices do, and the mms will still work. It is advised not to use orange juice as this juice has higher levesl of c. grape, apple, pineapple are what most people use.. just make sure there is no ADDED vitamin c to the product. An average glass of juice with no added c will still provide about 120 mg.

Thanks Arrow, that helps a lot.

I'm thinking of taking my dosage in baths if I'm worried - but have started taking it orally today properly and have taken just 1 drop x 2 doses.

Perhaps tomorrow I should take 2 drops x 2 doses.

Is it actually doing something now... I'm reading too much I think. I have a bad stomoach tonight and I'm now imagining worms starting to crawl out when I go to bed --- seriously, my imagination is crazy :S

Thanks again
