Nice! I've used the expensive models quite a bit and they are fantastic. Used them on wounds with MRSA that are as deep as your fist and more.

The costly part of this treatment that they didn't mention, well, I didn't read the total article, it the tegraderm that is applied to seal the dressing shut. It must be air tight. Spendy little bandages, on the other hand you only change the dressing every 3rd or 4th day. They generally put a sponge in under the dressing to fill the wound so that that plastic line inserts does not poke into the wound and to catch all the secretions it pulls to the surface but I am not sure if that is absolutely necessary. A good padding of gause may catch the secretions sufficiently.
