\nPut soft coconut oil and honey into a small bowl. Next add the cacao and mix thoroughly until you have a icing-type consistency. Spread the chocolate onto the flat side of your banana sections. I top one section with crushed peanuts, one with coconut, one with nibs, and leave one plain. Once in the freezer the chocolate will harden up fast. I\'m not sure how long the bananas take to harden because when I did this I put them in refrigerator. I noticed while I was eating them that the bananas were still soft and the chocolate was hard, and found myself wishing the bananas were also hard. Therefore, I believe freezing them would make a more cohesive snack.

\nIt could be eaten without chilling it, but it gives more of a candy feel when it\'s solid.\r\n

Default Frozen Bananas and Fudge

1 banana cut into 4 sections (cut once in down the middle and across)
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tbs raw honey
1 tbs raw cacao powder
optional: crushed peanuts, shredded coconut, cacao nibs

Put soft coconut oil and honey into a small bowl. I'm not sure how long the bananas take to harden because when I did this I put them in refrigerator. I noticed while I was eating them that the bananas were still soft and the chocolate was hard, and found myself wishing the bananas were also hard. Therefore, I believe freezing them would make a more cohesive snack.

It could be eaten without chilling it, but it gives more of a candy feel when it's solid.
