Do you know of any good healthy recipe websites?

One of many things I'm looking for is a good easy to make bread....

something I can whip up easily that will be as close to possible to Outback's bread....

man, I love that stuff....

Half our community uses this recipe.
we all have our own ways of adapting it.
I add flax seed, sunflowerseeds, herbs and for every 1/4 cup bran 1/4 c extra water. I need what ends up looking kinda like a sandwich loaf cause thats what my husband likes, largely based on the shape I make it... I make this bread every other day. Others get baggets or very French or Italina looking long skinny things.

is this the basic recipe?
The Master Recipe: Boule

(Artisan Free-Form Loaf)
Makes 4 1-pound loaves
3 cups lukewarm water
1 1⁄2 tbsp granulated yeast (1 1⁄2 packets)
1 1⁄2 tbsp coarse kosher or sea salt
6 1⁄2 cups unsifted, unbleached, all-purpose white flour

if I want it to be more like outback bread,
can I add molasses or cane syrup or honey?
also, can I use whole wheat flour instead?

also, it said something about letting it sit out for 1 and a half to 2 hours.
do I have to do this everytime I want to use the dough from the fridge or only the first time?
