in the last Jun 2009 I got a UTI, then I took around 6 courses of intibiotics, My urine cultures came Negative but symptoms still there

My symptoms

1- Burning during urination
2- Frequency ( 7- 11 times ) per day ( not at night )
3-Urgency
4- my bladder can not hold more than 100 ml
5- urethral pain ( when I touch my urethra I feel it is very painfull )

I did

ultrasound / IVU / vagainal swabs === all normal

My urologist do not know what is my problem and me too.

Do you have any idea or diognoe and treatment ? at least for my severe burning ?

Your urologist must be a real dummy. Ask him if he's ever heard of intstitial cystitis!

This is likely what you have considering the tests come back negative for bacteria.

I am short on time this moment but I will look into it for you. There are some treatments and they are not recognized by conventional docs. But what do you care? You want it gone. Right!

They will just keep you on weird drugs forever with no cure.

OK, here is an article I just found on it and the use of DMSO for treatment. I have talked to people before who found this very helpful.

Before I went this course I would do a Lugol's iodine treatment first.
Get some lugols iodine 7% solution from Alpha Omega Labs. You can get a 15% bottle if you want and cut it 50/50 to get a 7.5% solution, double the amount for less price.

Do not do this if you are allergic to iodine.

Take 10 drops of lugols solution in a cup of water 4 x day for 6 days..... if it is better but not gone continue for another 4 days.
for some people this gets rid of it and if it does it will tell you is that you had some kind of microbe that your doctor or lab could not identify. Be thankful it is over.

If this does not work time to move on to the DMSO. You can have your doctor help you with this if he is willing or you can do it yourself. Believe me, you won't be the first person to self catheterize.
