Default aging peculiarities

I was watching Dr Oz the other day ,there was a young woman seeking treatment suggestions for her hairy arms and legs.
this caused me to look at my arms and legs, there was no hair, I even looked with a magnifying glass but couldn't find any
I have never been particularly hairy but I know there used to be hair on my arms and legs in my younger days (I'm 60 now)
I have plenty of hair on my head with very little grey and the odd annoying chin hair pops up ,I'm bemused at some of the pecular things that happen to our bodies as we age, in this case migratory hair

If your a woman and a smoker you want to get it checked out by a doctor.
There are quite few things that can cause leg hair loss in women as well as old age.

there are a lot of changes in an aging body and they are not necessarily disease related , but if you go to a doctor he will find something to medicate you for

I have a lot of grey hair (which I always dye), but have never had noticed any excessive hair on my arms, and very little on my legs. I'm not quite 60 yet, but there are a lot of age-related changes. I shaved my underarms for many years on a regular basis, but now not that often, as there is less hair to deal with. Agree...don't want to involve doctors, they mean well, but are trained to medicate for sure.

Chin hair comes up due to less opposing estrogens to hold down testosterones.
